The Rural Development Department of the Government of Maharashtra is working for the overall development of the rural area. To provide complete facilities to the people of the state, all the facilities should be provided in the village, for the purpose of providing clean, beautiful and green gram for the purpose of making the villages, running a poverty eradication program through the Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission, providing shelter and shelter facilities under the Indira Awas Yojana. Structure of Rural Development Department
On the Ministry level, the Minister of State, Minister of State, is the Chief Minister to look after the work of the Rural Development Department. There are three such organizations in the State Management Cell (Rural Housing Development), State Administration Cell (Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Campaign), State Management Room (Panchayatiraj) for Rural Development Department. Deputy commissioners (development) in the offices of the divisional commissioners of Konkan, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati and Nagpur in the state & nbsp; And Deputy Commissioner (Establishment) are working.
