Founded in 1981, Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is a privately- held company headquartered in Centerville, Utah. MTC successfully operates Job Corps, corrections, medical, and international and domestic workforce development contracts serving disadvantaged populations. MTC's track record of integrity, leadership, performance, and innovation has made it the U.S. Department of Labor's largest Job Corps operator and the third largest operator of private adult correctional facilities.

Management & Training Corporation consists of five divisions: Job Corps, Corrections, MTC Medical, International Development and MTC Works. Each of these divisions provides life-changing opportunities through academic, career, technical, and social skills training programs. MTC manages contracts for these five divisions at its corporate headquarters in Centerville, Utah and at satellite offices in Georgia, Texas, and Washington DC.
INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
Since 1981, MTC has provided state-of-the-art technical vocational education and training to disadvantaged populations in fields such as: healthcare, transportation, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, business and finance, hospitality, and security and law enforcement. After honing these training skills domestically, MTC expanded its expertise into the international arena in 2004.
The MTC International Workforce Development division assists governments, international development organizations, and public and private partners in developing workforce sectors capable of meeting challenges of a global market and localized economic goals. MTC specializes in customizing systems for labor market assessment, government capacity building, academic education, vocational and applied technology training, and job placement assistance.
MTC focuses its international development resources on establishing public-private partnerships, optimizing funding sources, creating fiscal options, generating revenue, tracking progress, and providing continuous learning opportunities. MTC focuses particularly on women, youth, and minorities as targeted workforce development beneficiaries.
Since its creation, the MTC International Workforce Development division has served needy populations in locations throughout the Middle East, Far East and Africa. MTC is currently providing vocational training in Palestine in conjunction with Save the Children Federation for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
