Carl Marcus founded Marcus Construction in 1956 with a commitment to quality and integrity paired with a strong focus on his customer’s schedule and budget. Carl knew the importance of providing critical navigation to the issues that come with design-build, general contracting and construction management projects. This practice continues today after almost 60 years in construction.

Located in Willmar, MN, Marcus is made up of two Business Units, Commercial/Industrial and Ag Industries. Commercial/Industrial entails Educational, Commercial, Health Care, Financial and Industrial facilities. Our Ag Industries is a leader with Liquid Chemical & Dry Fertilizer Storage and Flat Grain Storage facilities across the US.

Marcus Construction continues to succeed with a mix of new and traditional solutions to build masterful construction projects. However, the longevity and experience of the Marcus Team continues to be the foundation of our company and guides us to build projects with quality construction and build relationships with proven integrity.
