Established in 1994, Mary Joy Ethiopia is an Ethiopian local NGO legally registered and certified indigenous non-governmental organization (NGO) with the objective to reach the most affected and vulnerable needy communities with basic lifesaving support which is essential for their survival. It is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the most vulnerable and excluded children and elders while supporting their families/caregivers through sustainable livelihoods. Mary Joy Ethiopia is dedicated to strengthening community involvement and engaging with individuals and partners to empower street children, elders, and their families and caregivers. We do this by providing sustainable livelihood support to bring about significant changes in their lives by addressing the underlying causes of homelessness and vulnerability.
