The group is internally managed, combining investment, acquisition, leasing, asset and property management, marketing, and finance skills. Capital is deployed in CEE directly into income property and, indirectly, into commercial and residential developments via the development joint venture with co-investor, developer, and general contractor Prime Kapital.
