Mayanza

The birth of Mayanza began in 2016,  as a mission trip with Jami, Emilee and Carla traveling to Santiago Atitlan to provide health screenings, health education and each child with a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap.

Their love for the people of this community, the magic of Guatemala and partnering together has compelled us to create a not-for-profit charitable organization to formalize their efforts and reach more children.  

In addition to oral and hand hygiene, they have conducted educational sessions on nutrition and hygiene for mothers, sexual health for teenagers, and body systems for elementary school children.
