Establishment Objectives of MUST Subject to the declared policies of Government to promote economic, political and social development of Uganda, the university was established with the following objectives: (i) To address the acute shortage of human resource (especially in Science and Technology) in the country. (ii) To stimulate interest in science and technology for sustainable economic development.
