Medspares was founded in 1986 by Anne and Fraser McDougall. Through Frasers work training bio-medical technicians for the World Health Organisation he identified a need for a more reliable supply of good quality yet affordable medical equipment throughout the South Pacific. They are a family-owned business based on the Kapiti Coast, 45 minutes drive from Wellington city, New Zealand.
