Through an International Public Tender, APCA Transmimetro (China Harbour Engineering Company Limited and XI AN Rail Transportation Group Company Limited), with an 85% and 15% stake, respectively, won the award and signed on November 27, 2019, the Concession Contract with Empresa Metro de Bogotá, S.A. (EMB), for the implementation of the Bogota Metro First Line Project (PLMB) , then they created a company named METRO LÍNEA 1 S.A.S., which will currently be responsible for the investment, financing, design, construction, supply, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the PLMB with an estimated contractual value of COP$ 13,830,000 000,000.
