At the end of 2006 the idea originated of establishing an independent legal entity with organizational and economic autonomy that in principle was responsible for the commercialization of equipment for testing construction materials of the CONTROLS brand through the representative in Mexico, Equipment of Ensaye Controls SA de CV, a subsidiary of Controls SRL, parent company located in Italy

The entity was established as Metrología ADATEC SA as a corporation as of March 2007.

Subsequently, a new stage of development in the company begins and the process of creation of the Strength Laboratory is gestated with the formulation of a strategic development plan `` Towards a profitable company of services in metrology and quality systems''.

Their staff has received training directly at the Controls factory located in Milan, Italy on several occasions since 2008 and previously in Mexico City, taking advantage of the assistance to the International Conference Program of the WORLD OF CONCRETE in 2007.

From the year onwards. 2009 begins to work with digital purchasing systems so procedures are performed to participate first in the Buy-Red platform and then in Mer-Link.

Given the development achieved and in respect of the values ​​they profess and in compliance with the commitment to their customers, as of March 2009, it is possible to sign a commercial agreement between CONTROLS Srl and Metrología ADATEC SA that declares them as MAIN DISTRIBUTOR. This contract of representation and distribution allows a more direct relationship and with it, the improvement of several aspects mainly that of prices in favor of their customers.
