MGM Innova Capital LLC Is the General Partner of the MGM Sustainable Energy Fund LP (MSEF) a private equity fund providing equity and mezzanine financing to projects in the demand-side energy efficiency and renewable energy sectors in Colombia, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean isles.

The Fund’s investments support the creation of jobs for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), lower energy consumption and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. The Fund will seek to invest 70% of committed capital in energy efficiency and 30% in renewable energy.
