The Millennium Challenge Account Côte d'Ivoire (MCA-Côte d'Ivoire), established by Ordinance No. 2017-820 of December 14, 2017, is the entity responsible for the implementation of the Compact on behalf of the Ivorian Government, and which acts as an independent management body for the implementation of the Compact Côte d'Ivoire Program, a fund whose goal is to generate inclusive economic growth and reduce poverty. To this end, MCA-Côte d'Ivoire's mission is for the Government to implement the provisions of the Millennium Challenge Corporation's Compact Program Grant Agreement, the Program Implementation Agreement. Compact and Supplementary Agreements as defined in the Grant Agreement and the Compact Implementation Agreement.
