Mission
- Ensure the application of the General Statute of the Civil Service and the coherence of the rules relating to statutes, remuneration and social welfare, governing all State personnel, local authorities and public institutions;
- Propose measures and actions to improve the management of human resources of public administrations and to value them;
- Impulse, propose and lead, in consultation with the ministerial departments, any action of simplification of the administrative procedures;
- Ensure the rationalization of administrative structures and propose measures to improve their functioning;
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of government policy on administrative deconcentration;
- Contribute to the improvement of the quality of public services rendered to users;
- Promote transparency in public management;
- Establish and manage databases of state personnel;
- Conduct all studies, surveys and statistics related to the public service;
- Participate in the development of digital administration.

- Consolidate trust between the administration and its users on the basis of the principles of good governance and transparency;
- Modernize the public administration so that it can contribute to improving the competitiveness of the national economy, development and promotion of investment;
- Anchor principles of good governance in public administration;
- Promote results-based management;

- Advocate a policy of proximity and promote administrative deconcentration to accompany the site of advanced regionalization.
