The Ministry of Vocational Training, Apprenticeship and Handicrafts is responsible for:

• the management of technical and professional training disciplines, whatever the sector and the level of studies;
• academic supervision and control of any technical or professional training, ensuring that they are in line with the economy;
• facilitating the acquisition of professional knowledge and the quality of continuing education in all sectors;
• facilitating the integration of graduates and trainees;
• the promotion of learning and the modernization of traditional learning;
• the opening of technical and vocational training courses, in connection with businesses;
• development of handicrafts, promotion and export of handicrafts;
• modernization of the craft sector;
• facilitating the access of artisans to the financing of their activities;
• monitoring the establishment of craft villages in local authorities.
