The duties, powers and responsibilities of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, established by bringing together the Ministry of Environment and Forestry's environmental wing and the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement under one roof; It was further strengthened by the Decree Law No. 648 published in the Official Gazette dated 17.08.2011 and numbered 28028.
