This development, which has occurred since 1962, has defined multiple reorganizations in each decade, corresponding to essential stages in the history of the Algerian state on September 4, 1963, and with the issuance of Decree 63/326 (JR No. 63), the first major restructuring of the Ministry of Finance was approved by combining all jobs. According to this new structure, the Ministry of Finance includes, in addition to its traditional powers, the powers of the Department of Trade, Industry and Energy that have been canceled, as well as the powers of the General Directorate of Planning and Financial Studies, as well as the Algerian Fund for Development.
