Mission

Design, formulate, manage and direct public security and defense policies, as well as lead the strategic direction of the Public Force and provide the means for compliance with constitutional statements, within a framework of efficiency and transparency.

Vision

To be an institution that provides the capacities required by the Public Force, according to the political-strategic direction and the strategic context of the country, to guarantee the security, sovereignty and integrity of the national territory.
