The Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare is a government ministry, responsible for labour relations and welfare in Zimbabwe.

The Ministry’s statutory responsibility for the protection of vulnerable populations in Zimbabwe. It has four main public facing Departments namely, the Department of Labour Administration; the Department Social Development; the Department of Disabled Persons Affairs and the Department of Employment Services Promotion.
