Missing Children Switzerland
Missing Children Switzerland
About

Since 2011, MCS assists families in the different procedures which follow the disappearance of their child.

Missing Children Switzerland was founded after the disappearance of Livia and Alessia. Because of this double disappearance, the need to create an unprecedented organization, at the service of people confronted with disappearances, became apparent.

MCS raises public awareness and takes part in the authorities' reflection on the issue of missing children. MCS is a Foundation of public interest and a member of Missing Children Europe.

The intervention of MCS consists in:

  • Providing the emergency hotline 116 000
  • Informing and advising
  • Listening and supporting
  • Directing to the appropriate services
  • Mobilising Swiss and Europeans partners

All MCS services are free.
