Born in 1902 and recognized as a public utility since 1907, the French Secular Mission is a non-profit association. Throughout its history, it has led a public service mission dedicated to the education of young French people around the world, and influence in the service of the education of young nationals whose families choose to train them in the French language and culture. .
The French Secular Mission is linked to the State by two conventions, with the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and with the Ministry of National Education. The Mlf creates schools, colleges and high schools around the world.
