In 1999 Government of Iran sold its share to Iranian private sector. Also AMEC of England acquired the share of Monenco Agra of Canada. Since then, Monenco Iran became a private entity and Mapna, AMEC, and Mir Company (Employees' share) became the main share holders of Monenco.
