MundiServiços International Consulting, S.A. (MsIC) is an international consultancy organization, providing consultancy and training services in the fields of management, economic development, human resources development and training areas, to public and government institutions and private organizations, in the international markets.
MundiServiços is a private Portuguese group that, since 1988, provides services in the areas of Management, Strategy, Economic Development, Human Resource Development and Training, for several clients as business groups, ministries and other government organizations, public institutions and other entities such as associations business and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).
MsIC is member company of MundiServiços Group, who was established in 1988, with headquarters in Lisbon and international offices in Praia (Cape Verde), Maputo (Mozambique) and a representation in Brasília (Brasil). Our staff includes a team of specialized internal and external consultants in many activity fields - economy, management, fiscal, marketing and communication, sociology and psychology, engineering, management information systems - with competencies to conceive, plan and develop multidisciplinary projects and implement training and management consultancy projects for our clients.
As part of the internationalization strategy, the group created in 2005 the company MundiServiços Moçambique Consulting, Lda., with the objective of strengthening its ability to conceive and implement projects for management consultancy and training in institutional and private sector in Mozambique, a market where it was already acting for some years.
In 2007, the group creates the company MundiServiços International Consulting, S.A., with the aim of centralizing the intervention on the international market.
MundiServiços it’s certified in Quality by ISO 9001:2008 and accredited as a trainer entity in Portugal and Mozambique.
MundiServiços has developed a network of partnerships and consultants, flexible, effective and focused in the efficiency and organizational effectiveness, promoting a connection between skills / expectations / performance of the clients. Such purpose has been consolidated over time through the development of a data base of large senior consultants, either from the official Portuguese-speaking countries, including Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Angola, and from other countries.
Moreover, MundiServiços aims to develop projects in partnership with organizations of other countries specialists in some areas or specific sectors, trying to involve the know-how of local markets with the best international practices in the sector and respond with flexibility and innovative solutions required by the clients.
