ANAFIC, Agence Nationale de Financement des Collectivités Locales is an agency with the aim is to develop the strategy of fight against poverty and decentralization in Guinea. It is the financing instrument for decentralization and local development. The overall goal of this community development program is to strengthen local governance , as well as the socio-economic capacities of people, particularly women, youth, and marginalized groups in rural areas .
