The National Agency for Heritage Promotion and Tourism Development (ANPT) has the mission of making Benin one of the flagship destinations in West Africa. For this, its role is to enhance the natural, historical and cultural heritage.

This requires the creation and development of innovative tourism projects, which will offer a unique experience to future visitors to Benin. The private sector will play a central role in the development of these projects. The ANPT will accompany and provide technical and financial support to these future partners.

Once these flagship projects have been developed, the Agency will be responsible for promoting the Benin destination.
