The National Business Register Center (CRNE) is created by virtue of article 4 of law n ° 2018-52 of 29 November 2018, relating to the national register of companies and organized by virtue of decree 2019-52 relating to the administrative and financial organization of the national center of the register of enterprises.

The CRNE is a Public Non-Administrative Establishment (EPNA) endowed with legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy under the supervision of the Presidency of the Government.

Mission

The Center's mission is to manage the National Register of Companies - RNE- being "a public database to collect data and information relating to companies and their availability to the public as well as to State institutions"
