The National Center on Time & Learning (NCTL) is dedicated to expanding learning time to eliminate the achievement gap and provide a well-rounded education for children in high-poverty schools.

NCTL conducts research and advances public policy at the federal, state and local levels and provides direct technical assistance to a growing number of states, districts and schools that add significantly more school time for academic and enrichment opportunities to help children meet the demands of the 21st century.
