Mission

It is the Mission of the National Council of Science and Technology - CONACYT, to coordinate, guide and evaluate the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation, promoting scientific and technological research, the generation, dissemination and transfer of knowledge; invention, innovation, scientific and technological education, the development of national technologies and management in science, technology and innovation; and the National Quality System, promoting scientific and technological research in the area of ​​Quality and the application and dissemination of accreditation, metrology, standardization and conformity assessment services.
