OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan (JSC NESK) is an energy company that transports and distributes electrical energy generated by power plants throughout the Kyrgyz Republic to household, large industrial and other consumers. Also, OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan is a system operator that carries out centralized operational dispatch control of the national energy system of the republic.

OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan was formed on December 25, 2001 as a result of the reorganization of Kyrgyzenergo JSC.

In 2022, four distribution companies - Severelectro, Vostokelectro, Oshelectro and Jalalabadelectro - were merged with OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan.
