The National Equity Project, formerly known as the Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools or BayCES, is an education reform organization that specializes in leadership development and changing culture and conditions in order to further equity objectives. 

Their mission is to dramatically improve educational experiences, outcomes, and life options for students and families who have been historically underserved by their schools and districts.

They work to build culture, conditions, and competencies for excellence and equity in districts, schools, classrooms, nonprofits, and communities. They work with partners across the U.S. and are always seeking new partners who are committed to achieving equity in education.
