About

The National Management Institute (NMI) is expected and destined to play an instrumental role as the main driving force and implementation vehicle for the Egyptian government’s ambitious transformation plan for the public sector and government civil service bodies.

In order to play such a role effectively, NMI is undergoing a major strategic transformation, whereby a more comprehensive and progressive business model is being developed, that can:

  • Support the transformation to a world class professional management and knowledge hub;
  • Be capable of realizing the aspired vision Egypt’s Vision 2030;
  • Achieve the set short and long term goals for NMI, complementing Egypt’s National Training Strategy 2018-22

Mission

The National Management Institute is seeking to leverage continuous learning through providing training opportunities, consultancy and research to instill excellence across the staff compliment of the civil service and potential civil servants, increasing capacity and enhancing skills and competencies—ensuring the tools to excel.
