This session was accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Health, Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, National Commission for Human Rights, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, International Committee of the Red Cross, and the International Cooperation Agencies GIZ, from Germany, and USAID, from the United States.
