NCA (Netherlands Charity Association) is an independent and non-profit organization established in 1968, that offers support both in actions, and by raising funds, to carefully selected local charities, projects and initiatives. With their foundations in the expat community, they bridge the gap between the expat community and the less privileged in Singapore.
