Nordiq Group A / S's mission is to create the best possible framework for urban life. They try to do this by bringing architecture, urban planning and engineering to a strategic level. Last but not least, they strive to challenge established thought patterns and to combine knowledge in new ways.

Nordiq Group A / S was founded on 1 March 2016, by Mads Møller, former director of Grontmij (now Sweco) and COWI, and by Morten Holm, partner in Archiland International and former partner in Schmidt, Hammer and Lassen Architects. The company is Danish-owned, but shares brand, goals and competencies with Archiland International , which is an Asian architectural and urban planning company that currently has 170 employees.

From their combined references in Europe and Asia, they are well equipped to understand the complex challenge cities face, in terms of urbanization, demographic change and adaptation to climate change. They understand the background and necessity of holistic thinking when the city is to be developed in a resource-efficient and sustainable direction.
