Nortal is a multinational strategic change and technology company. Combining the unique experience of transforming Estonia into a digital leader and creating change in businesses with a strategic approach and data-driven technology, our vision is to build a seamless society. Nortal is present in 10 countries and employs over 800 specialists who carry out high-impact projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.
Nortal has grown beyond being simply a tech company: they don’t just solve technological problems. Instead, they have a history of thought leadership and creating societal impacts with seamless experiences.
How it all started
Originally founded in 2000 as Webmedia by three guys in Tartu, Estonia, the company quickly grew into a renowned authority in e-government strategy and solutions. They are proud to say that they have planned and implemented over 40% of Estonia’s digital disruption, which means they have unique experience in building a digital, seamless society.
They are bigger than you think
In 2012, they changed their name to Nortal, which they feel describes them better today. Nortal stands for Nordic talent (Nor-Tal): and along with Estonia’s top talent, you’ll find Finnish production excellence, as well as the best marketing skills from Sweden at Nortal. On top of all that, they have the capacity to deliver globally.
Approach
Today, the majority of innovation and value creation happens in the overlapping space between strategy, change management, and technology.
Nortal is an expert in this space — they bring together technological expertise and know-how in every aspect of each issue at hand. They have done large-scale strategy development, change management, and technology projects.
