Past and Present

Nueva Ecija II Electric Cooperative, Inc. – Area 2 (NEECO II – Area 2) is a nonstock and non-profit electric distribution utility. On November 24, 2004, the National Electrification Commission (NEC) granted to NEECO II the permanent expansion franchise (Franchised#209) to operate light and power service of the franchise area to meet the growing demand of its member-consumer owners (MCOs) the necessity for the Supply of Electricity has been scrutinized.
