Nurture the Borders is a not for profit community interest company (CIC) limited by guarantee. Nurture the Borders was founded by a group mums in the Scottish Borders for the benefit of local parents and children.

Nurture the Borders aims to ensure that all new parents in the Borders feel fully supported, included within the community and are equiped and confident to make the best choices for their babies and themselves. 

As a CIC they are legally required to reinvest the profits into th the work they do for the community. The profits and assets are used for the benefit of parents, particularly those who may be disadvantaged as a result of social, health or emotional dificulties.
