Oasen NV
About

Oasen supplies impeccable drinking water to 750,000 people and 7,500 companies in the eastern part of South Holland.

Mission

To provide their customers with impeccable drinking water straight from their faucets.

Their mission combines three essential aspects of our company: the production of pristine drinking water, maintaining water quality during transport through a network of pipelines, and keeping their business operations (both production and distribution) free of disruption in order to guarantee the water supply to their customers.

Their five core values are:

1. Public health

They strive to deliver pristine drinking water all the way to the customer’s faucet without disruption. In doing so, they contribute to the public health in their supply area.

2. Customer-orientation

The customer’s perception of quality is determined by the product, service, and communication with and by Oasen. Their service to and communication with the customer must also be impeccable; digital whenever possible and personal whenever necessary, but always striving for customisation.

3. Social responsibility

Being socially responsible means that operations in their environment pay close attention to the entire system and the interests of others in the area. No compromises are made when it comes to public health. It also means that they maintain a socially responsible rate: they spend every euro to the benefit of their public utility function; no money is diverted for profit. They operate cost-consciously, keeping in mind that they are publicly funded. They work together on themes in the water supply chain. As shareholders, and on behalf of their customers and their citizens, the municipalities in their area ensure that we complete their public duty properly and efficiently.

4. Sustainability

They are a part of society and feel responsible for helping to preserve it. That is especially true for their supply area. First and foremost, they strive to provide sustainable drinking water, taking the entire water supply chain into account. To Oasen, sustainability also means maintaining the health of people (both of their customers and our employees), protecting the environment, and ensuring the continuity of their company.

5. Transparency

Oasen places high value on transparency. They are open about their business operations, standpoints, rate structure, decision making, and knowledge. In addition to maintaining their accountability, transparency also helps us continue to learn and improve.
