About

Occupational Research and Assessment has developed comprehensive written and performance evaluations for both public and private sector customers since 1987. From the National Certification Examination used by the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators to the custom prerequisite skills assessment for material handlers used by Sony USA and Canada. ORA uses sound analysis procedures to diagnose job competencies to develop valid and reliable assessment tools for both current employee and potential employee evaluation.

Occupational Research and Assessment has developed, coordinated and/or conducted thousands of hours of competency-based training. From nationally recognized certification programs offered at multiple sites, to standalone custom programs offered at a single site. Using a systematic delivery based on measurable training outcomes, ORA combines the most dynamic content area experts with the best in training media to ensure the best possible outcome for each participant. Pre- and Post-testing can be integrated into any training model.
