Office for European Expertise and Communications

Educational organization «Office for European expertise and communication» started its work in December, 2011. It was registered by Minsk city executive committee on December, 30th, 2011 with the registration number 191694433. Their mission is to ensure easy access to information and expertise for people and organizations, which strive to positively change their lives, the lives of their organizations, communities, and Belarus as a part of Europe. They work for the sake of a diverse and advanced civil society, which: builds its activities on the needs of target groups and available expert data; enables citizens to engage fully in the processes that matter to them, and to have an influence on the processes going on in the society; creates space for partnership, communication, sharing of experience and expertise, where people and organizations trust each other and collaborate for the sake of public benefit They believe that by developing necessary competencies people, organizations and communities will themselves be able to produce changes in their environment for the better. They are confident that innovations, exchange of experience and best practices, establishing relationships, contacts and partnerships both in Belarus and between Belarusian and European organizations can strengthen Belarusian civil society. They believe that the Belarusian experience is as valuable as European, and mutual exchange of experience is beneficial both for Belarus and Europe. They are an organization based on positive approach and high standards of management and service provision; they implement programs for communities and organizations and for the sake of the development of civil society.
