Omaha Community Foundation (OCF)

The Omaha Community Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded and staffed by people who are dedicated to seeking out what's good about Omaha and to helping that positive momentum grow. The Omaha Community Foundation connects people who care about the community with the people and nonprofits who are doing the most good here. From a practical standpoint, they simplify the philanthropic process and give donors more financial flexibility. They make it easier for generous people to accomplish more with their gifts. They currently have over 900 donors who have given $650 million back to the community. At the most basic level, they simplify the donors’ charitable giving. They help them take advantage of tax benefits, manage their paperwork, and keep them advised on philanthropic trends and legal details.
