Electric Stations OJSC is a generating company that produces 98% of all electricity in Kyrgyzstan, provides it with domestic and foreign consumers, registers Corrects frequency in the Central Asian United Energy System.

Electric stations OJSC was formed in 2001 as a result of restructuring of Kyrgyzenergo JSC, with a state share of shares in the authorized capital of 93.65%.

The total number of staff of OAO Electric Power Plants is 4,303 people, of whom there are 1,384 managers and specialists, 2,919 workers.

The company includes 7 hydropower plants and 2 thermal power plants
