Oriented Solutions GmbH was founded in 2004 in Saarbrucken, Saarland, Federal Republic of Germany. The company founded a group of Arabs and Germans who studied business administration at the Saarland University. The aim of the company is to contribute to the transfer and exchange of information, knowledge and science between the Arab region and Europe, especially Germany, taking into account the cultural and social dimension that can positively or negatively affect the quality of transport and exchange. The company also aims to provide technical and advisory support to companies and institutions operating in the two regions or between the two cultures through optimal recruitment and benefit from the long accumulated experience of its founders, which was collected through various projects in the Arab region and Germany.

Oriented Solutions GmbH has specialized in dealing with knowledge, information and science from the transfer, assimilation, analysis, documenting and management. Based on this definition, the services provided by the company are divided into three main sections:

1. Department of Language and Support Services.
2. Advisory Services Section.
3. Training Services Section.

Starting in 2014, the training activity was separated into a separate section, instead of being previously subordinated to the Consultancy and Training Section. It was managed by a team from the parent company supported by experienced and experienced professionals.
