P.Y.O  was established on  4th  December 1998  by Pa-O youth who came from various places in Pa-O areas of Burma.

Vision/Aim

To empower youths to become leaders and establish a new society based on the principles of freedom, equality, justice, and peace

Objectives

• - To promote quality critical thinking and creativity of youth
• - To increase youths and community collaboration on peace, democracy, human rights, and the environment.
• - To corporate with ethnic youths on building federal union with equality and self-determination
• - To increase youths participation in national and political decision making
• - To promote Pa-O literature and culture
