Formed in 1934 in The Netherlands by Peter Palms III, , the company was originally  engaged in textile manufacturing through division Tricotage Fabriek Evana N.V. This Company was reconstructed after World War II by PJP Corporation New York. with profits from Investment Management of a portfolio of  NYSE listed securities during the years 1940 through 1947. During the 1950's the company was involved in Real Estate investment in  Western Florida. During the 1960's the company was engaged in 

• Exporting consumer goods from Hong Kong to the U.S.
• Advisor to Greater Miami Savings Center during the migration of Cuban capital from Cuba;
• Private banking advisor to wealthy Haitians 
• Investment Banking Services including IPO syndication, venture capital placements and M&A transactions, including the sale of Riva Boats, Milan Italy to Whittaker Corporation, Mechanical Rubber Products Warwick, New York to AGC  Industries, Omaha, Nebraska, Eastern Elevator Company, Miami, Florida  to British Elevator, London. 

In 1972 Peter Palms IV became president. and during  the next 16 years the company provided

•  Franchise marketing advisory services
• Industrial enterprise management services and corporate finance advisory services to seven agencies of the United States Government and two sovereign dependent nations.
• Marketing advisor to a large CPA firm
• Economic Development Advisor to The Yakama Indian Nation ( $1 billion net worth)
• Advisor to Japanese Tokyo Boeki and Yamazen corporations
• Appointed by President Carter to head the Lummi Indian Economic Development Corporation
• Contracted by U.S. Small Business Administration to manage Vietnamese Refugee Resettlement program

In 1988 Dr. Palms was invited to the Soviet Union to provide seminars to 300 General Directors of Soviet industry on conversion of Soviet industry into a market economy operating in a capitalist economy.
