It was in the mid-1990s that they began to work on outsourcing payroll operations in earnest. At that time, many companies in the United States had already outsourced payroll operations and had a system in place to focus on their core businesses. The service itself functioned as a soft infrastructure, which is an indispensable foundation for society for companies. 

Looking at the way it should be, they wanted to establish outsourcing of payroll operations that has not yet been established in Japan. They were convinced that it would make a great contribution to the Japanese corporate society.

Since then, the course has not been smooth sailing, but while repeating twists and turns and trial and error. They have refined the service content and system, and developed and established a completely new type of full-scope outsourcing that has never existed before. Currently, they are providing services to 253 companies and 980,000 people (as of the end of March 2020).
