What is PENELCO?
PENELCO (Peninsula Electric Cooperative, Inc.) is an organization established for the electrical needs of its members and consumers. It was established and registered with the NEA (National Electrification Administration) on 10 April 1990 under the authority of PD 269.
PENELCO's Purpose
PENELCO's Goal is to make each member (member) and consumer aware. knowledge of our cooperative and its Policies so that his view of the cooperative is correct and meaningful.
They believe that members and consumers with the knowledge and understanding of the matters to which they are concerned will be adversarial to the success of the Cooperative and the electoral program.
It is not known to many that the Cooperative is doing well today. This is due to ongoing consumer / member collaboration and support for Cooperative programs.
Only in the faithfulness of the Leadership and the staff in their important role and the further cooperation of the consumers / members is necessary to maintain a smooth, fast, reliable service from KOOPERATIBA.
- Light all its constituents by electricity.
- Expand and enrich the service provided to buyers and members.
- Two (2) important rules of the Cooperative that if violated would cause an interruption of electricity service
- Payment policy
- Policy on the use of illegal connections and their similarities.
- Provide efficient and fast service to consumers / members.
The PENELCO area comprises 12 towns - Dumanupal, Hermosa, Orani, Samal, Abucay, Balanga, Pilar, Orion, Limay, Mariveles, Bagac and Morong.
It is the intention of the PENELCO Administration today to reach out to each member (s) and consumer (s) to inform its policies so that their views on the Cooperative are correct.
