Perkin Educational Opportunities Foundation (PEOF)

They share the concern regarding citizen insecurity, migratory drain and the lack of professional technical ability in El Salvador, as key components that keep the country trapped in chronic underdevelopment. They share the view that ultimately education is the only solution to the challenges presented today. This does require, however, that education must offer practical short term results in order to improve the quality of life for students and their family and environment.
