Pervomaiskyi is a city in Kharkiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine, formerly known as Likhachove. Administratively, it is incorporated as a city of oblast significance. It also serves as the administrative center of Pervomaiskyi Raion though administratively it does not belong to the raion. Population: 29,551. It is the fourth largest city in Kharkiv Oblast.
