The Philippine Association of Crab Processors, Inc. (PACPI) is a group of blue swimming crab (BSC) processing and exporting companies that operates mainly within the Visayas area. The association was founded in May 2009 in an effort to foster good relationship among the crab processing sectors and to support initiatives aimed at promoting blue swimming crab sustainability in the country. At present, 5 major companies operating in the Philippines are members of PACPI, representing the majority of the BSC industry players, and are actively providing financial support in the implementation of BSC sustainability projects. The Phillips Seafoods Philippines Corporation was also a member of PACPI. However, the company stopped its operations in 2012.

PACPI seeks to develop the common good and well-being of the blue swimming crab industry through:
PACPI believes in an integrated approach to crab management – that a sustainable BSC fishery can only be achieved through a combination of collaborative effort s of all industry players and stakeholders, coupled with well-informed policies and well-enforced ordinances.
