Phinma Corporation (PHN), formerly Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Inc., was incorporated on March 12, 1957. PHN is a holding company with investments in the education, steel products, housing, and business process outsourcing sectors. On May 27, 2010, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in corporate name to the present one.

PHN also has direct minority interest in Phinma Property Holdings Corporation; ABCIC Property Holdings, Inc.; PHINMA Hospitality, Inc.; Coral Way City Hotel Corporation; and Asia Coal Corporation.
